Deliveries are made from 7 in the morning to 7 at night on weekdays. See delivery page for more information

Delivery on the selected day is not guaranteed for postal codes and will incur a delivery charge to the below locations:

Highlands AB, KA, IV1-40, PA1-19, PH1-18M

Deliveries to these locations may take between 12 -15 working days (subject to stock availability).

Delivery of two people

You will receive a text message and a phone call the day before delivery to confirm when your order will be delivered. You will receive a call 1 hour before arrival and your signature will be required.


You must notify at least 48 hours business days before the delivery date if you wish to cancel the order. See delivery page for more details

After you make your purchase, we take care of delivery to your home, completely free throughout the United Kingdom.

Our delivery schedule is from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. for your convenience.

There are postal codes to which we cannot guarantee the arrival of the goods on the dates you choose, please check these codes in our website. Large items will be delivered by 2-man service. You will receive an SMS or a phone where you will be informed of the approximate delivery date and time of your order. The day of delivery we will call you about 1 hour before arriving. Your order will be delivered at the specified address, as long as we have good access; a signature is required when doing this.

You should also make sure that our delivery van has adequate access to your property. If you notice any damage to your furniture, please notify us within 3 working days.
